Mary Lou Kargl, 88 of Albuquerque, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015. She was born on January 29, 1927 in Uniontown, PA to Homer and Gladys (Brown) King and raised in nearby New Salem, PA. She attended school in Uniontown and later went to work for the Department of Defense at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland where she retired. She is survived by sister, Dorothy (Carlos) Esparza of Albuquerque; brothers, Benjamin F. (Mary Ann) King of Forest Hill, MD and James W. (Linda) King of Uniontown, PA; sisters-in-law, Elaine King, Joann King and Audrey King; and numerous nieces, nephews, their spouses and other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Joseph Kargl in 1980; three brothers, Homer Finley King, Jr., Samuel Brown King and Robert Lynn King. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015, 11:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Wyoming with a reception following in Albuquerque, NM. Another memorial will be held in Maryland on April 18, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Victorious Faith Church in Forest Hill.
