Mary K. Smith

Mary K. Smith, 94, was called to her eternal resting place on Friday, October 27, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Robert E. Smith who preceded her in death in 1995. She entered this world on October 23, 1929, in Miami, AZ, born to Greek immigrants John and Helen Kresos. She is survived by her sister, Ismini Craig; children, Alexander Smith and his wife, Laura Jensen, Cristall Short and her husband, David Short, and Gary Smith and his wife, Jennifer Smith; granddaughters, Maria Smith, Elena Smith, Sophia Smith, and Zoë Smith; and many life-long friends.

The Trisagion will be held on Monday, November 6, 2023, 5:30 p.m., at FRENCH - University. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023, 10:00 a.m., at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 308 High Street SE. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd. SE. A lunch at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church parish hall will be served after the burial. All are welcome to attend.
