Mary Elizabeth Horwath, 65, of Albuquerque NM, died Saturday, September 14, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jim Horwath; her daughters, Tanya Loven and husband Eddie and Renae Moran and husband Dan; three grandchildren, Tanner, Jacob and Ashley; and her mother, Iris Miller. Mary is also survived by her siblings, Carl Miller, Cindy Tapia, Larry Miller and Frank Kyte; and several nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and people who loved her, a never-ending extended family, too many to name. She was preceded in death by her son, Clifford and her father, Ray Miller. Mary was born September 17, 1947 in Colorado Springs, CO. She was raised on the farm east of the Springs and moved to Albuquerque when she was eight. Mary was a true matriarch. She was the center of her family. She devoted her time to her grandchildren, family and friends. Mary loved the outdoors; camping, hunting, gardening and NASCAR. More than anything, she loved to be in "God's Country." Mary passed away suddenly from unknown causes with her husband and children by her side. Memorial Services for Mary will be held Monday, September 23, 2013, 1:00 p.m., at FRENCH - Lomas.
