Mary Alice Hatch, age 80, a resident of Albuquerque for over 50 years, died Sunday, July 22, 2018.
She is survived by her siblings, Thomas Hatch and wife, Jan of Severna Park, MD, Deborah Randall and husband, Earl of Chimicum, WA, and Monica Blanchard and husband, John of Exeter, RI; 19 adored nieces and nephews; 29 great-nieces and nephews; and legions of friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dorothea Ruddy Hatch; sister, Dorothea Hatch Stalcup; and brother, George Hatch.
She was born in 1938 in Rhode Island and graduated from East Greenwich High School before entering Cosmetology School. After coming to New Mexico to visit her brother and sister-in-law, she fell in love with the state and stayed. She worked for Sears until her retirement. Mary enjoyed being a volunteer for Albuquerque Visitors and Convention Bureau at the Sunport. Mary was a loving sister, aunt and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Cremation has taken place and a Mass will be Celebrated on Saturday, August 11, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at Gate of Heaven Cemetery Chapel, 7999 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM.
