Mary Ann Harvey

Mary Ann Harvey, 80, our beloved mother, passed September 16, 2015. She is survived by her children, Vance Efford and Jamie Ruppelt; by three loving granddaughters, Brittani Farrell, Averi Farrell and Lauren Efford; by her sisters, Betty Bon and Tilby DeValk; and by her brother, John Toston. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Sean Efford. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming.
