Mary Barbara (Fabian) Golobic

Mary B. Golobic, age 87, a resident of Albuquerque since 1960 died Tuesday 26, December 2017. She is survived by her son, John L. Golobic; grandchildren, Randie Aplin and husband, William, and Krista Golobic and partner, James Mullinaux; four great-grandchildren, Colt Golobic, Damien Aplin, Marley Mullinaux, and Kali Mullinaux; and many friends. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, John Golobic in 2006; her parents; and nine brothers and sisters.

She was born in 1930 in PA and after moving to Albuquerque enjoyed being involved in her son’s, grandchildren's, and great grandchildren's many activities. Mary was a long time member of the Shrine of St. Bernadette. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Rosary will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, John. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to Hospice of New Mexico.
