Mary Jane Kaiser Crane went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on April 10, 2016. Mary Jane Kaiser was born December 6, 1924 to Paul and Leeta Kaiser of Albuquerque.
She was married April 2, 1942 to Wayne Spencer Crane, of Albuquerque. She is survived by their five children, John Crane and wife, Cheryl, Peggy (Crane) Huber-Vallejos and husband, Gene Vallejos of Belen, NM, Geraldine (Crane) Hart and husband, Gary Hart of Lebanon, OR, Lela (Crane) Brooks, and Valeria (Crane) Worden both of Idaho. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
Mary Jane worked with her parents on the Paul Kaiser Farm. Her father raised the most beautiful apples, peaches, pears and other fruits. Mary Jane arranged the fruits and vegetables for exhibit at the New Mexico State Fair for her mother and father.
Mary Jane and Wayne moved their family to Oregon in 1963. They built their home and Mary worked for Weyerhaeuser, the tree company. They moved to Idaho and built another home as Wayne was a Journeyman carpenter.
Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne S. Crane; parents, Paul and Leeta Kaiser; brothers, Reuben Kaiser and wife Petronila Gabaldon-Kaiser and Roy of the family home; father-in-law, C.B. Crane; mother-in-law, Ruth Crane; sons-in-law, Darrel Huber of Albuquerque and Harold Brooks of Idaho.
Mary Jane was a lifelong member of the Assembly of God Church. Her hobbies were gardening and making beautiful quilts for family and friends. Mary Jane was a wonderful seamstress and her girls were always dressed in beautiful dresses.
Viewing and visitation will be on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at FRENCH - University. Graveside service is Thursday, April 14, 2016, 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, with Pastor Richard Garcia officiating.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Dwayne Huber, Bradley Worden, Aaron Crane, Ryan Crane, Zachary Brooks, Kurt Worden, Jonathan Worden, and Wayne Crane.
The family wishes to thank Jim and Kathy McDonald of Casa Anna Maria for their loving and kind care, Lil Molinar of Casa Anna Maria, and Beth Sombrano of Ambercare.
