Mary Frances Bachicha

Mary Frances Bachicha was born in Estancia, NM on June 12, 1941. She passed into everlasting life on November 9, 2015. Frances graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1959. She loved her family and friends, and was a blessing to them as they were to her. She was a loving mother, devoted sister, cherished aunt, and loyal friend. Her loving nature, optimism and humility were constant. She had several lifelong friends and cousins whom she cherished, particularly her sister-friend, Teresa Garcia and neighbor, Marilyn Bowman. Her friends remember her as a gracious listener and confidant. She will be remembered as caring and joyful, a woman of strength. She had a deep faith in God, a love for life, and a courageous spirit.
She is survived by her son, Michael De Aragon; her sister, Massey Romero; brother, David Bachicha; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Aurelia Bachicha; her sister, Carmen Salazar; brother, Louis Bachicha; and her son, Max De Aragon.
A Rosary will be recited at 9:00 a.m. with Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper Ave NW, with Father Warren Broussard, S.J. as celebrant. Interment will follow Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Daniel, Angelo, and Fernando Sonnenberg, Bryan Kelley, Jay C. Salazar-King, John D. Salazar and Michael Garcia.
