Mary Agneda Garcia

Mary Agneda Garcia, age 81, born on Monday, May 29, 1939 in El Rito, NM closed her eyes to this earthly journey and began her eternal life on Saturday, August 15, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace O Garcia Sr.; sons, Horace O Garcia Jr. and Richard Garcia; grandson, Benjamin Garcia; her parents, Sequillas and Elisa Jaramillo; her brothers, Mel and Alex Jaramillo; and sisters Locadia Archuleta and Lala Aragon.

Mary is survived by her sons, Matthew Garcia and wife Eva, Lawrence Garcia and wife Rachel, Boyd Garcia and wife Margie; daughters, Cheryl Montes and husband Fred, and Annie S Garcia; her siblings, Raymond Jaramillo, Lucy Valdez, Lorraine Sanchez, Joe Jaramillo and Charlette Osborne; 15 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

Mary was a devoted wife, mother, Pastor's wife, and grandmother. She was our prayer warrior, a woman of faith and conviction. She definitely helped shape her children to fear and love the Lord with all their hearts. Her unfailing love helped guide each one of us through this world till the very end. She truly was cut from a different cloth a rare beauty in this lost world. We were blessed to call her mom, momma, grandma, grams, gg. She was our delight and love.



Services will be held at First Apostolic Assembly, Albuquerque, NM.
