Martin L. Martinez

Martin L. Martinez, 72 left us for heaven on August 12, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 5 years Dolores; son Marty and his wife Cathy, son Randy and his wife Lisa, son David and his wife Jessica, daughter Crystal and her husband Mathew, step-son Eric and step-daughter Rene; Grandchildren, Megan, Jenna, Taylor, Daniel, Rebecca, Michael, Jacob, Nadia, and Tiger, step-grandchildren, Eric, Mya, Landon and Micah; his two sisters Frances and Connie and her husband Ben, brother Steve, and countless other friends and family too many to mention. Martin was born to proud parents Maria and Pete in Orange California on March 27, 1941. He passed away on August 12, 2013 at 72 years old with many family and friends at his bedside. Martin was many things; son, cousin, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, friend and Pastor. Martin was a very loving, caring, generous and faithful man. He was all about his family and his faith. He put all his heart and soul into both. As a young man he worked for Rockwell for 20 years as an engineer. Then he spent the rest of his life as a minister bringing people to the Lord. He considered this his most rewarding and important life's work. Martin's generous and caring spirit caused him to worry about others. He would give you the shirt off his back if he thought it would help. He put everyone else first even at the expense of his own health. This is why he was taken from us too soon. You will be missed by all and remembered forever.
