Martha Lee (Simms) Simms

Martha Simms Hughes passed away on Feb. 18, 2022, in Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by her son Weston Benderman; stepsons Brian and Joe Hughes; brother Manzy Simms; and sister Rebecca Simms Pulford.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Hughes. Martha was born August 31, 1942, at Lindsay, OK. She was retired from the State of NM State Attorney's Office as a paralegal. Martha loved to travel, spend time with her family and was an avid runner through much of her adult life. She will be sorely missed by her family.
