Sanchez, Martha V.
Age 86, passed away on Wednesday December 16, 2015. Martha was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, George L. Sanchez, Sr, and one son, George V. Sanchez, Jr. She is survived by one daughter, Veronica and husband, Robert Bernal and one son, Gerald and wife, Lori Sanchez; seven grandchildren, Jessica Schneider, Christopher, Anthony and Jonathan Bernal, Joshua, Brittany and Kaylin Sanchez; twelve great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister, Susie English. Martha loved going to the Casino, cooking and spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed gardening and was a very generous person. The Rosary will be recited Tuesday, December 22, 2015, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. A Prayer Service will be Wednesday, December 23, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas with Visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow the Service in Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Phil Lucero, David Roybal, Sonny Vega, Larry Miller, Benny Miller, Edward Vega and Honorary Pallbearer, Michael Landon. The family wishes to express heartfelt gratitude to Debbie, Tiffany, Deborah Sue and the entire Ambercare Hospice staff.
