Martha Olivia Ortiz

Martha Olivia Ortiz, 70, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on April 8, 2015, with her loving family at her side. She entered this world on July 17, 1944 in Ranchos de Taos, NM, born to Charles and Adelina Lucero. She is survived by her children, Celso Ortiz, Jr. (Billie), Eloy Ortiz, Timothy Ortiz (Amanda), and Donna Messick (Raymond); sisters Beatrice Lucero, Cecilia Lucero, Rose Quintana, and Carmen Ortiz; grandchildren, Andrew Montoya, Jillian Jaure, Shauntae and Chantel Rivera, Ryan Rael, Santana and John Ortiz, Alyssa, Marissa and Sierra Ortiz, Analeah, Faith and Timothy Ortiz, Jr.; several great grandchildren and god children; and many close cousins and relatives who love and will miss her dearly. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at San Francisco de Assisi Church, 60 St. Francis Plaza, Ranchos De Taos. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at San Francisco de Assisi Church. Interment will follow at St. Francis de Assisi Cemetery. Refreshments to follow the funeral mass and burial at the NM National Guard Armory.
