Marsha Loomis

LOOMIS, MARSHA LYNNMarsha Lynn Loomis passed away in her home on January 15, 2013. She worked for the City of Albuquerque in the Vehicle Maintenance Department in 1967 where she met her husband, Roscoe. She worked for the Welfare Department of NM, where she put herself through college, graduating with a business degree. She then worked for BC/BS for 23 years and retired due to health reasons. She took up hobbies like crafts, music, and was on a bowling league for 18 years winning many awards. Marsha is survived by her husband, Roscoe; daughters, Brenda and Melissa; sons, Edward and Vincent; daughters-in-law, Jessica and Lisa; grandchildren, Christina, Melanie, Joshua, Shelby, and Shawn and six great-grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her grandson Dillon. Services will be held at French - University, 1111 University Blvd. NE, on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park immediately following.
