August 18, 1925 - June 26, 2015 Marjorie Miller Harrington, of Albuquerque, NM, formerly of Delta, PA, passed away on June 26, 2015. She was 89. Born August 18th, 1925 in Whiteford, Maryland, she was the daughter of Delmar and Annie Mary (Norris) Miller and step daughter of Mary Elizabeth (Daughton) Miller. A 1944 graduate of Slate Ridge High School, she was a resident in Delta, PA until 2003 when she and her husband, Worley, moved to Albuquerque, NM to be closer to their son and family. Mrs. Harrington worked as a seamstress at the D & D Sewing Factory for many years and later helped her husband on the family dairy farm. Marjorie lost her husband, Worley E. Harrington in 2013 after 67 years of marriage. They eloped on Dec 26, 1945 and were married at the home of the preacher. Mrs. Harrington is survived by her son, Gary E. Harrington and his wife, Renee; her grandchildren, Michal Harrington and Ashlyn Harrington, Donnie Williams and Jo Dawn Williams Harmon; five great grandchildren; siblings, William A. Miller, Barbara McCasland of Abingdon, MD, Dorothy Miller of Whiteford, MD, and Gloria Bornt, of Salisbury, MD; and many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sisters, Ethel Whiteford, Evelyn Baldwin, Margaret Kline, C. Mildred Wright and Jean Maglaughlin as well as her brother, Robert (Bud) Miller. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Services will be held in Pennsylvania.
