Marisa Rae (Angus) Marquez

Marisa Rae Angus-Marquez, age 24, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 20, 2019. Marisa had a very unique personality and touched every person’s life that she came in contact with. She loved those she considered family and was a force to be reckoned with when it came to protecting them. She will be missed greatly and will always be in our hearts. She is survived by her husband, Genaro Marquez and her beautiful daughter, Emily. She is also survived by her parents, Monte Angus and Risa Enders Angus; one sister, Kelly Angus; grandmother, Olivia Angus; the Marquez family, Juan and Blasa Flores; and all of Genaro’s extended family. She also leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is now in Heaven, sitting with the Lord watching over her, and grandpa, Jim Angus right by her side.

A Memorial Mass will be on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, 10:00 a.m., St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW. in Albuquerque. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
