Marion A. Michaels

MICHAELS, MARION ALICE Marion Alice Michaels, age 87, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014, after a lengthy illness at The Las Palomas Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born on December 7, 1926, in Babcock, Wisconsin to James and Agnes Scott, she moved to Albuquerque in the 1940's and married Richard Robert Michaels on June 14, 1948. Mrs. Michaels, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sister Vivian McKeel; and two brothers, Thomas Scott and James Scott of Babcock, Wisconsin. She is survived by her sons Richard Scott and wife, Louise, and Randall Kevin and partner, Donald Haviland, all of Albuquerque; sisters, Barbara Wheeler and Lynn Harshfield of Albuquerque, NM, Margaret Paquette of Hartland, WI, and Judith McKeel of Babcock, WI; brothers, Ronald Scott and Lyle Scott of Babcock, WI; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Michaels retired from the Army Air Force Exchange Service on Kirtland Air Force Base. She was a member of the Saint Bernadette's Parish. A family visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park on Menaul.
