Maria G. Maes

Maria G. Maes, 88, was called home by Jesus with her family at her side.

She was born and raised in her beloved Willard, NM . Maria was preceded in death by her husband, Enriquez; her son, Rev. Anthony G. Maes; her parents; her five sisters and their spouses; her husband’s siblings and their spouses. The family linkage of their generation in Heaven is now complete.

She is survived by her sons, Adrian Maes and wife, Gerrie, Frank Maes and wife, Georgia; four grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and many other family and friends. Maria was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Annunciation. She was involved in the Maronite’s and Conossians ministries.

A Rosary will be recited Thursday, February 22, 2018, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, February 23, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Annunciation, 2532 Vermont St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 with burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. A special thanks to her loving son, Adrian who cared for her these last five years.
