Margherita R. "Marge" Cunningham

Age 84, passed peacefully on June 2, 2014. She is survived by her children, Karen Cunningham and husband Paul "Bill" Beck, Russell Cunningham and wife Lisa; granddaughter, Jessica Cunningham; her brother David Rubino and wife Mary Lou and her sister Berta Stroshine and husband Dean and many other family and friends including "Casey". She was preceded in death by her son Edward Cunningham; dear friend Ted Exford; and her parents David and Anna Rubino. Marge received her degree from University of Massachusetts and owned Cunningham Reporting Agency in Hartford, CT for 40 plus years. She was active in P.E.O. International and the Society for the Increase of the Ministry (SIM) through the Episcopal Church. Marge established a scholarship fund in honor of her son Edward. She was a member of St. Chad's Episcopal Church where she was active in the Daughters of the King. Marge was a loving and supportive mother, grandmother and aunt. A memorial celebration of her life will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Chad's Episcopal Church, 7171 Tennyson St NE. Cremation has taken place and burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford, CT.
