Margaret Rose Sutton

Margaret Rose Sutton, 73, of Edgewood New Mexico, passed away on February 14, 2022 at her home following her brave battle with cancer.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents Douglas and Mary Musolf and her brother, Walter Musolf. She is survived by her husband Granville Sutton, her three children Billy and his wife April Sutton, DeeAnn and her husband David Switzer and Bobby and his wife Stacey Sutton along with her six grandchildren, Wyatt Sutton, Titus Sutton, Hailey Sutton, Wesley Sutton, Nicole Switzer, and Julianna Switzer.

She was born in Albuquerque, NM on November 25, 1948 to Douglas and Mary Musolf. Margaret graduated from Sandia High School. Soon after she met her husband Granville and married him on May 5, 1972. They have been married for almost 50 years and have resided in Edgewood, New Mexico for the past 39 years. Margaret's first and most important job was raising her three kids. As her kids grew she worked at Moriarty-Edgewood School District as a teacher's aide for five years. She then worked in bookkeeping at Steidley Insurance Agency for seven years. She retired and spent the last part of her life being the world's best grandma to her six grandkids.

Margaret left us beautiful memories, and her love is and will always be our guide. Although we cannot see her, she will always be at our side.  Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at FRENCH - Lomas followed by a memorial gathering.
