CATES, MARGARET E.Age 84, of Rio Rancho, died Saturday, January 5, 2013. Margaret was born and raised in El Paso, TX. She devoted her life to her family. Margaret is survived by husband, Robert W. "Bob" Cates; daughters, Stacy L. (Brian) Welsh, and, Patricia A. (Mark) Smith; brother, Robert O. Covington, Jr.; and grandchildren, Shay and Kristin. Private family services will be held.
