Marcella Sargent Sly

Age 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1956, passed away on June 14, 2014, surrounded by the family she loved. Marcy was born in Strawberry Point, Iowa, and is survived by her husband of 62 years, Wayne L. Sly, whom she met while roller skating as a teenager; her children Kristina Sly-Linton and husband Terrence Linton of Albuquerque; and Rodney W. Sly and wife Lisa Sly of Albuquerque; and two grandchildren, Victoriana Sly-Linton and Conner W. Sly. Marcy devoted her time and energy to her family and friends, and she loved the holidays and cooking. She and Wayne have been avid Lobo sports fans since 1958.
