Marcella Marie Martinez

Marcella Martinez, Born February 23, 1922 passed away peacefully on December 1, 2018. She was born and raised in Santa Rosa, NM and graduated from Santa Rosa High School. In 1940 Marcella married Salome “Sam” Martinez. They lived in Santa Rosa and worked the ranch in Pintada, NM. Then later, they moved to Albuquerque where they owned Central Paint & Body. Marcella was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Marietta. Marcella is survived by her children, Grace, Michael Anne, Patricia, Roberta, David and Teresa and their families and family of Marietta. They were blessed with 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Services will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Our Lady of Fatima Church. Rosary at 10:30 am Mass at 11:00 a.m. followed by a private burial. In lieu of flowers or food, a donation to Our Lady of Fatima Parish can be made. Marcella will Rest in Peace after living a prayerful life.
