Malcolm "Mac" Bryant, Jr., age 86, a well-known Albuquerque businessman, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016. Mac served 27 years as a decorated officer in the U.S. Army, before enjoying another 37 years with Albuquerque Lincoln-Mercury. Mac was known for his dedicated work ethics and professional appearance.
Mac was preceded in death by his father, Major Malcolm M. Bryant, Sr., of the U.S. Army and his loving mother, Katherine. He is survived by his life partner, Diana Burns; his children Craig Bryant, Charnelle Bryant, Debra Hoover, Jeff Bryant, and Katherine Hughes; and his eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Benjamin E. Bryant. Also touching Mac's life were Betty Nelle Bryant, Glenna Shropshire, and Janice Bryant, as well as his many friends and customers over the years.
A memorial service will be held Friday, May 27, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas.
