Madeline Theresa Villani

Madeline Villani was born June 14, 1924, Omaha, NE. The family moved to Staten Island, NY where she grew up. She married Joseph Pelosa on December 16, 1945. They had three children, Joseph Pelosa III, Maria Antoinette and John. She worked for J.C. Penny and Chase Manhattan Bank, where she retired from.

She married Anthony Villani on June 15, 1978. They lived in Brooklyn until they both retired and then moved to Albuquerque, NM.

Madeline loved traveling, doing crosswords, meeting new people, and saying the rosary every morning. She adored her grandkids and great grandkids. She was a loving and giving person who will be missed.

Madeline was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, John; her first husband, Joseph; her second husband, Anthony; and her daughter, Maria.

She is survived by her sons, Joseph Pelosa (Nancy) of Albuquerque and John Pelosa (Agnes) of Rome, GA; grandchildren, Joseph Pelosa IV of Albuquerque, Jason Pelosa (Tanya) of Los Lunas, NM; Teri Walters (Ron) of Gastonia, NC; Joy Ammons (Kevin) of Hoover, AL; Joseph Demasi (Cassie), Peter Demasi (Aimee) of Lafayette, GA; great-grandchildren, Naleah Krug and Averiella Pelosa of Albuquerque; Jason Pelosa Jr., Jayleen and Jenaya Pelosa of Los Lunas, NM; Alex, Crysianne and Victoria Ammons of Hoover, Al.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020, 9:00 a.m. at St. Josephs on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Josephs Dr NW. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. and a face mask must be worn.
