Maclovio Olivas

Age 91, died June 21, 2014. He is survived by his children, Virgil Olivas, Julia Flores, Arthur Olivas and wife Vicky, George Olivas and wife Barbara, Robert Olivas and wife Arlene, Jenny Valdez, Lisa Chavez and many precious grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Fidencio Olivas and wife Rogeria, Manuel Olivas and wife Dolores, Gabriella Adams, Leonard Olivas, Ray Olivas and wife Connie, Sam Olivas and wife Mary and many other family and friends. Maclovio was preceded in death by his wife, Elva and his parents Fidencio and Genoveva. He was born and raised in Cuba, NM where he graduated and then joined United States Army and served in the Air Corp. He was an ex POW and was a Purple Heart recipiant. A career fire fighter he retired from the Albuquerque Fire Depart after 25 years. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, June 24, 2014, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, June 25, 2014, 9:00 a.m. at St Therese Little Flower, Fourth & Mildred NW. Burial will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Thursday, June 26, 2014, 12:45 p.m.
