Lucy Pacheco

PACHECO, LUCYAge 87, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2012. Lucy was born in Cuba, New Mexico to Ignacio and Rafelita Garcia from Cuba, New Mexico. Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Ignacio and Rafelita Garcia; son, Gilbert Pacheco. She is survived by her daughter, Dianne Ortiz and, Flemie Chavez; sisters, Jenney Garcia and Lucille Saiz; brother, Gilbert Garcia and wife, Gloria; five grandchildren, Aaron Ortiz (Rose), Ted Ortiz (Bree), Samuel Pacheco, Melena Pacheco, and Angelica Armstrong (William); six great grandchildren. Lucy was very dedicated to her church and her God. Her great love in life was her children and grandchildren and going to the casino. We will miss her good advice and good times that we spent with her. A Rosary will be recited 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 30, 2012 at French Lomas Chapel. Mass will be 9:30 a.m. Monday, October 1, 2012 at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church at Lomas and Tennessee.
