PAOLETTI, LUCILLE O. Lucille Paoletti passed away peacefully on Friday, September 5, 2014, at the age of 93, with her family by her side. Lucille was born in Tulsa, OK on June 23, 1921. She grew up in Oklahoma and moved to St. Louis, MO in her early teens. There she met Bruno, her husband of 68 years. They lived in St. Louis until 1951, when they moved to Albuquerque. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruno; son, Ronald Lee; father, Arthur Lee Chadwell; mother, Annie Carver; and sisters, Ruby Nelson and Genevia Speis. She is survived by her daughter, Clarice and husband, John L. Jenkins; granddaughter, Teri and husband, Mick Coker; grandson, Robert and wife, Dee Paoletti; great-granddaughters, Jesse and husband, David Pedersen, Melissa Clarice and husband, Glenn Thorne, Sarah and husband, Joe Lovett, and Tiffany Street; great-grandsons, Clinton Coker, PJ Vega, and Austin Jenkins; great-great-grandson, Makaveli Lopez; and many great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Lucille worked as an accountant for several companies before starting her own business, Paoletti's Bookkeeping Service in 1963. She retired when her husband retired from Sandia National Labs in 1983. She was a member of Bear Canyon and Palo Duro Senior Centers and the Italian American Club. She and Bruno enjoyed traveling. Their travels included taking their grandchildren, Teri and Robert to many national parks and Canada. They visited most of the 50 states including all the islands of Hawaii. They traveled all over Europe on three separate occasions visiting their grandson while he was in the Air Force and Bruno's family in Italy. Lucille will be greatly missed by those who knew her. Many thanks to the loving care she received at Casa Angelina Assisted Living Facility and the Ambercare Hospice staff. A Memorial Service and Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014, 11:00 a.m., at FRENCH - University. This date accommodates family and friends wanting to attend.
