Louis E. Sandoval

Louis E. Sandoval was born in Cuba, NM on June 21, 1924. He raised his family in Bernalillo and Albuquerque. He was a devoted and loving husband who showed unconditional love to his entire family. He is survived by his son, Chris and his wife Carol; daughters, Kathy and husband Bob, Anna and partner Clyde, and Donna; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and his sister, Stella and husband Fred. He was preceded in death by the love of his life Enise, his wife of 67 years. Louis joined the Army at the age of 19 and served during WWII as a sharpshooter in the 717th Tank Battalion. He served in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. He survived the Battle of the Bulge. His government service continued until his retirement from the Postal Service. The family wishes to thank the Veterans Hospital for the wonderful care he received.
