Lora Lopez

Lora B Lopez 69,Our family's rock passed away on March 12th 2024 in her home. Lora was very loving, an amazing Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend. She was a hardworking and independent woman. She loved all her family and friends very much and would do anything for her children and grandchildren. She had a beautiful laugh and smile that was contagious and would brighten anyone's day. She loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children Eric Garcia (Laura), Lyla Garcia, and Crystal Salas (Frank). Her grandchildren Darlene Garcia, Izaiah Garcia (Katrina), Larey Nunn, Aarón Flores Gabriel Salas, Christian Salas, Alisha Salas, Frank Salas Jr. Great Grandchildren Joseph Flores, Trinity Flores, Zadie Flores, Nicko Flores, Josiah Garcia, Serenity King, and Jasmine Garcia Cabral. She is also survived by her siblings Felix and Betty Garcia, Senida "Ginger" Garcia, and Rosan Garcia. She is survived by her best "Sister" friend Edee. She also leaves behind many cherished family members and friends. 

She is proceeded in death by her parents Patricio and Rose Garcia, her husband Leo Lopez, her siblings Clarence Garcia, Eva Garcia, Melvin Garcia, Ronnie Garcia, and Robert Garcia. She was also proceeded in death by her beloved grandchildren Ariel Garcia and Thomas Nunn. 


Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Lora's life at the forthcoming funeral services.  A visitation will take place at Holy Child Church,  19 Camino del Santo Nino, Tijeras NM on March 20, 2024, starting at 9:00 am. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 am, followed by a mass at 10:00 am.

May her spirit find eternal peace, and may her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
