Linda Lee Toseland

Linda Lee Ranne Johnson Toseland passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the age of 74. Linda was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. After a long battle with dementia and associated health problems she passed away surrounded by her family.

She was born to Meredith and Grace Ranne on April 4, 1947 in El Paso, Texas. She had a love of life and enjoyed long car rides and singing. She was a talented artist, a fabulous cook who loved to make home-cooked meals, an avid genealogist, an voracious reader, a devoted friend, and loved to help anyone in need.

She met her eternal companion Ernest Toseland in El Paso, Texas and traveled with him all over the world for his military career. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Ernest; her daughter, Jeanne and spouse, Mark, and their sons, Erich, Shaun, and Garrett; her daughter, Debbie and spouse, Brian and their children, Jessica, Brett, and Amanda; her son, Trey and spouse, Andrea; and her son, Jon and his daughter, Julia.

A Memorial Service was held February 2, 2022 in Edgewood, NM.  A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022, 1:30 p.m. at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery in El Paso, Texas.
