Lilly Pritchard, age 74, a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Friday, December 30, 2022. Lilly was known for her strong will, playful spirit, and loving heart. She gave all to her family and to the 4-H family she had for over 30 years. She enjoyed being involved in the lives of all her family. In her earlier years she served as a leader in the 4-H program and helped to develop many to become productive adults.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John Pritchard; her brother, Jack New; brothers-in-law, Gary Jeffries, Bill Pritchard, Jesse Pritchard, Lyle Vanhouten, David Pritchard, Gene Mutchie, and Gregory Pritchard; sisters-in-law, Sarah Pritchard, Evelyn Vanhouten, Karen Pritchard, Linda Pritchard, Dorothy Mutchie, Connie Pritchard, and Lillian Pritchard.
She is also survived by her four daughters and their spouses, Carolyn and Michael Reinhart, Jeanette and Billy Varnadore, Melinda and Scott Adams and Amanda Boyd and John Varney II.
Her surviving grandchildren were her world, and they are Felicia and Wayne Quintana, Mark Kanikaynar and Celia Perea, Mariah and Josh Lockhart, Melissa Dishong, Hillary Kanikaynar and Isaac Larez, Brett and Mary Hester, and Cheyenne and Jacob Bugos; stepgrandchildren, Kathryn, Sam, Marco, and John Varney III. She also is survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
Lilly was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Chacon; father, Jack New, Sr., brothers, Roy New and Charlie New; sister, Ruth Ann Jeffries; sister-in-law, Virginia Pritchard; brothers-in-law, Ernest, Adron and James Pritchard; and her father and mother-in-law, Adron and Annie Lee Pritchard.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Westside. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude, www.stjude.org
