Leroy Joseph Encinias Jr."Little Lee", 45, a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend has left us to join our Creator in Heaven. He was known for his charming personality, warmth, friendliness, and his gentle heart. Leroy had a profound love for his daughters, his grandson, and his family. He took special pleasure in his work and in the friends he made through his work. He was creative and demonstrated a genuine pride in his endeavors. He was respected by his clients but, his greatest gift was the joy he gave to all those whom he loved. Leroy was an avid Raiders fan and particularly reveled in the company and camaraderie of his fellow Raider friends. He is now in the blessed hands and unending security of our Lord Jesus and is certain to have already charmed everyone in Heaven including the Creator himself.
Leroy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Melecia and Amadeo Encinias; his maternal grandmother, Priscilla Chavez; his cousin, Dennis Anaya; and his beloved brother, Patrick Jacob Encinias. He is survived by his daughters, Brandi Encinias (Reggie Bryant), and Baylee Encinias (Adam Gonzalez); mother of his two daughters, Janie Trevino; his precious grandson, Ayln Jacob Bryant; along with his mother, Rosie Encinias (Ivon Ulibarri); his father, Leroy Encinias Sr. and his wife Colleen; his brother, Daniel Encinias and his wife Irene; his sister, Carina Cozby; his nephew and godson, Patrick Encinias; nephews, Daniel Encinias Jr., and Alex Cozby; his maternal grandfather, Eduardo Chavez; great grandmother, Florinda Encinias; his aunts and uncles, Marylouise and Larry Anaya, Emily and Frank Orozco, Edward and Cathy Chavez, and Robert Chavez; his cousins, Carolyn Anaya, Dana Anaya, Sarah Sanchez, Melanie Castillo, and Bobby Castillo Jr.; along with endless numbers of friends who adored him and celebrated in his precious company.
Lee Sena, Patrick Encinias, Vince Chacon, Bobby Castillo Jr., Andrew Ortiz, Reggie Bryant, Robert Chavez, and Oliver Chavez, his fellows, who will serve as pallbearers and will escort him to his service at Calvary of Albuquerque.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at FRENCH - University. Funeral service will be on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE, guests are welcome to arrive at 10:00 a.m. to visit with the family.
