Lavonne H. Gage was born in Washington D.C in 1944 and passed away Friday, December 1, 2017.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny B. Gage Sr. of 50 years; son, Johnny B. Gage Jr. (wife) Anna Gage; daughter, Denise M. Gage (Fiancé) Barry Harris; grandchildren, Angela, Tommy, Johnny III, Jordan, and Janelle; great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Giuliana; brother, Carl Hitchens (wife) Lalani Hitchens.
She was a devoted wife, mother & grandmother. She was a teacher with APS for over 30 years and an accomplished seamstress.
Services will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH-Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd., NE, Albuquerque, NM. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
