Age 97, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 30, 2012. She was born December 8, 1914 in Clayton, NM. She is survived by her sons, Sam and wife, Gretta and Foy and wife, Dottie; grandchildren, Mike and wife, Diane, Kim Bingham and husband, Rod, Karen Dooley and husband, Tom, Kathie Zermani, Foy D. Curry and wife, Susan, Lori Clark, Steve Pepple and Randy Pepple and wife, Sidney; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sister, Lela Bell who is 102 years old; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Foy M. Curry; parents, Hill and Mary Burrow; sister, Lula Clayborn; brother, Glenn Burrow; grandson, Stephen Curry; and several nieces. Laura was a lifelong resident of New Mexico raised on a ranch in Clayton. She and her husband Foy enjoyed traveling in their motorhome and were members of a Good Sam group. They had many good trips with friends and family. They also enjoyed camping out and playing horseshoes. Laura especially loved playing games. She was an avid competitor and loved dominoes and Skip-Bo. She loved to win. Laura will be greatly missed by her family and always remembered with love. Services will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2012, 10:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Lomas. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
