Larry Lee Angell

Larry Lee Angell, age 83, passed away and went on to be with the Lord on Monday morning, September 14, 2020.
Larry was an avid bicycle enthusiast and after his retirement from US Civil Service (FAA), participated in numerous tours and two Senior Olympics. An athletic wrestler in high school and veteran of the US Marine Corps, he pursued a lifelong career in electronics, specializing in radar technology. Larry’s hobbies included woodworking, model railroading, golf, and tennis. He was always prompt and there for any and all projects to assist and do more than just lend a hand.
Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, February 14, 1937, son of Charles Wilkinson Angell and Ellen Maud Rees Angell, he was the youngest of ten siblings, Elva, Charles Leslie, Victor Lamar, Verne Weston, Winona, Ellen Charlene, Olive, Sheldon, and Lillian. Preceded in death by his high school sweetheart and wife, Diane Mary Angell in 2005. Father of Marshall (Sheryl), Dennis (Deisy), Wendy (Jim); daughters-in-law, Brenda, Denise, and Marsa; grandfather of Myra, Myles (Jessica), Ryan (Lindsey), Andrea, Chandler (Elle), Tyler (Erin), Travis, Ariel, Gabrielle, Raquel, Dante, and Michelle, Gaelica, Sabrina; great-grandfather, to Rory, Ellie, Olivia, Evelyn, Avery, and Aubrey.
Thank you to the staff of New Life/Angell’s Care Assisted Living (Angelica V., Sergio, Alejandra, and Angelica R.) for many years of love and care to our father. Larry was dearly loved and will be missed.
