Lalitha Raichur believed in God's Legacy and generational blessing. She always prayed "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord" - Joshua 24:15b.
Lalitha believed “For the Lord is good, his mercy is everlasting and His truth endureth to all generations.” - Psalm 100:5.
A native of India, Lalitha received Salvation through Jesus Christ by direct and divine intervention of the Holy Spirit, without a tract, book, or missionary. This direct experience was followed by several visions on the subject of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and the Rapture of the Church. God told Lalitha at this time that he would take her to the United States to be a Missionary from India to the U.S. Lalitha arrived in Washington D.C., in the United States on July 4th, 1967 - 51 years ago. She got her second Master’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh, in Social Work Research and Administration. After ten years of working in her field, God called her to full-time ministry. Lalitha Raichur was an ordained, credentialed minister of The Open Bible Standard Churches of The United States. Lalitha began her work establishing the Word El Shaddai Ministries in Denver, Colorado. In addition to preaching and teaching the Gospel, she had a Christian lending library in Denver. In August of 1985, she moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and preached on television SON Broadcasting - KCHF TV from Santa Fe for 25 years. Her total ministry work covered the last 33 years in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She pastored The Word El Shaddai Church, preaching both at home and abroad. She has written a Prayer Journal, a book entitled: “The Triune God, The Tripartite Angel and The Trichotomous Man”. She completed many commissions given by God. She also co-wrote the book “Miracle on No Name Mountain” with Blackie Gonzales. In August of 1997, she traveled across the country from east to west and north to south in order to physically draw the shape of the “cross” upon the United States. She planted crosses at each state entry borders. She prayed for the nation and her country of citizenship. Her prayer was that all would be redeemed by the Blood of Jesus Christ in the United States. Her last work was a book entitled "The Jesus Bible", which concentrates on the spoken words of Jesus in the Bible - highlighting the Red letter words of Christ.
As an anointed woman of God, she portrayed an ordinary woman, who reflected an Extraordinary God throughout her life. Her intense love, prayer lifestyle, and immense work reflected zeal, sacrifice, and loyalty carried both to God's work as well as her family, whom she not only adored, but was adored by.
Her confession was that she was an ambassador in bonds, a servant of the most High God and Lord Jesus Christ, a bride of the coming King, a joint heir sitting in heavenly places, dedicated by His Grace to preach CHRIST crucified, resurrected and coming again.
"For me to LIVE is Christ", was the echo of her heart. We, as her family, believe Lalitha Raichur's death is her passing into eternity and is now sitting and working in the presence of our sweet Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
