Krishauna Hilary Perez

Krishauna “Krishy” Perez, age 27, loving mother, caring daughter, and perfect sister was tragically taken away from us on January 15, 2019. Krishauna was known for her contagious smile, gentle soul, compassionate heart, comforting laughter, and most importantly for being the best mother to her baby girl, Sheyla. Krishy was dedicated to taking care of special needs children as an educational assistant. But most of all, she LOVED to make EVERYONE happy, and although she was very timid she loved to be in the middle of all hustle and bustle. Krishy appreciated the tasteful things in life and loved to experience the yummiest of foods with her favorite company! Everyone who knew her was truly blessed to be graced by her beautiful spirit and love. She is survived by her daughter, Sheyla Marie; sister, Marisa Perez; mother, Paula Perez and fiancé, Michael Gallegos; father, Christopher Perez and wife, Bernadette Perez; grandmother, Frances Romero; grandfather and grandmother, Tom and Gloria Perez. She also leaves two step-brothers, many cherished uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Krishauna was preceded in death by her grandfather, John Romero. A visitation will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Josephs on the Rio Grande 5901 St. Josephs Drive NW with a Rosary to follow at 9:30 and Funeral Mass to begin at 10:00 a.m. The Burial will immediately follow the Funeral Services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, with reception to follow at St. Therese Parish Hall 300 Mildred Ave. NW. Pallbearers to lead the procession will be, John Romero Jr., Justice Irons, Jenae Romero, Rachel Padilla, and Eric Perez. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Matthew Perea, Damiano Zamora, Michael Gallegos, Bridgette Noriega, and John Rey.
