Kenneth Ray Dick

Kenneth Dick, 79, passed away on December 26, 2017. He was born on January 28, 1938 in Chelsea, OK. Ken is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sharon Dick; children, David and Kenny Dick, and wife, Tammy, Christopher Hening, and Debra Wilt; grandchildren, Melissa Hening, Miles Martin, Heather, Amanda, and Heidi; great-grandchildren, Cadence, Alicia, Carlissa, and Daniel; and brother, Floyd Dick. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Alice Dick; and sister, Betty Jeans.

Ken retired from the Air Force and retired civil service at KAFB. He was an avid sports fan, whose favorite teams were the Dallas Cowboys, Oklahoma Sooners, and St. Louis Cardinals. He also coached little league baseball, soccer, and was also a referee. He loved the Lord, his church, his family, growing watermelons and tomatoes, and loved talking with people.

Services will be Saturday, January 6, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 300 Gold Ave. SE. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church where Ken was a member for 38 years.
