Kelly Jo Mentzer

MENTZER, KELLY JO Age 62, a resident of Albuquerque since 1990, departed this life Monday, August 19, 2013. He is survived by his daughter, Amee Michelle Small and husband, Keith of Lees Summit, MO, daughter, Kristy Jo Mentzer and son, Joshua E. Mentzer both of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Korey, Kortney, Jaxon, Kelsey and Madison Rose; mother, Flora Jean Tuttle; sister, Shelly M. Cannon and husband, Richard all of Grove, OK; son-in-law, Trent Heffner and wife, Janice; girlfriend, Gloria Hudson of Bixby, OK and many nieces. Mr. Mentzer was preceded in death by his father, Charles Eugene Mentzer. He was president of the Golf Association at Puerto del Sol Golf Course. Kelly served as Head Director of Communication for TVI (CNM) and as Chief Information Officer for the State of New Mexico. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, 10000 Candelaria Rd NE, with Rev. Layloni Drake officiating with a reception to follow. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
