Kaye Morelock Keating

Kaye Morelock Keating, age 73, of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Kaye was born February 17, 1949, in Anadarko, Oklahoma to E.C. and Dorothy Morrison. Kaye moved from Amarillo to Albuquerque in 2016.

She is survived by her husband, John E. Keating; grandson, Brock Conner; and great-granddaughter, Charlotte of Houston; stepson, Kenneth Keating of Fort Worth, and step-grandson, Lake Keating, currently serving on active duty in the United States Marine Corps; stepdaughter, Kristin Sanders and step-granddaughter, Dagny; step-grandson, Lincoln of Houston. Survived also by Samuel R. Brock and Jerry R. Morelock.
She was predeceased by her father, her mother, Dorothy B. and stepfather, Richard L. Cazzell of Amarillo and by her daughter, Lori Brock Conner of Houston.

Kaye graduated from Texas Tech University and spent 30 years as a Petroleum Landman in Midland and Dallas. After retiring as Vice President of Land in the early 1990s, Kaye formed and managed an air charter company and later moved to Dallas and retired from ATT in 2008. Kaye was involved in many professional and community organizations and served on numerous association boards and committees. She was a past member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, Permian Basin Landman's Association, Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen, Midland Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, International Right of Way Association. She was a founding member of the Plaza Club in Midland and a member of the Green Tree Country Club.
