Karen LaRaye Goeas

LaRaye Goeas, age 81, a loving mother, and well-known Albuquerque restaurant enthusiast, passed away Friday, March 5, 2021.

LaRaye was known for her quality services within the tool and dye machinist industry.  She very much liked to tour around New Mexico and camp out with friends and loved to regale others about her favorite trips abroad with her dear friend, Cathy; especially England.

LaRaye is survived by her son, Tim; grandchildren, Aubrey, Jillian, and Timmy. She also leaves many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws. Also touching neighbors and extended family members in her everyday life. LaRaye was preceded in death by her father, David; her mother, Beatrice, a real-life hero; and her siblings, Myrna, David, and Gwendolyn.

There will be a private service at a future time for close family.
