Julia "Judy" Gafford

Julia "Judy" Gafford, 93, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on April 11, 2016. She was born on June 17, 1922 in Salina, KS to Nathaniel P. and Iva Jean Woods. She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Wolfe and Julia (Dwight) Wolf; granddaughters, Lisa (Ken) Sidenblad and Alison (Ricki) Marshall; grandsons, Jeff (Leigh) Wolfe and Danny Coker; and seven great-grandchildren. Judy is also survived by her four very special friends, Jean Cook, Jim Hayes, Pete Bedard and Joe Coker. Her sense of humor and happy demeanor will be missed by her many bridge friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Gafford; and sister, Bonnie Jean Woods. A private family service has been held. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice.
