Judith Ann (Schiefer) Riddle
May 19, 1945 — July 25, 2017
Our beloved Judith Ann “Judy” Riddle, age 72, passed away July 25, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 19, 1945 in Pittsburgh, PA to Hub and Naomi (Conway) Schiefer. After graduating from Canevin High School, she married her high school sweetie, Randy Riddle. They moved to New Mexico in 1979 where Judy became the original ‘do it all’ working woman, balancing family and a career as an insurance professional. Son, Steve Riddle with wife, Brandi (Parker), and daughter, Barbara (Riddle) Hennelly with husband, Mark, are grateful to be witness to such a wonderful example of a wife, mom and friend. She was beloved Nana to six grandchildren, Maura, Hannah, Brennen, Colin, Jacob and Emmett; and is also survived by her big brother, Jack Schiefer and wife Judy; and her beloved extended family of friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy; parents, Hub and Naomi; in-laws, Fred and Mary; and sister-in-law, Jackie Villani. Her generosity, positivity, compassion and fun-loving spirit brought warmth, joy and laughter to all blessed to meet her.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, August 4, 2017, 9:00 a.m., at FRENCH – Wyoming. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
