Judith L. Nash

Judith L. Nash, Age 77, a resident of Albuquerque since 1989, died Saturday, February 10, 2018. She is survived by her daughter, Stacey Nash; brother, George Lang and wife Patricia; sister, Penny Martin; many nieces and nephews; her cat, Annie; and other relatives and friends. Judith was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Anthony H. Nash in 2009.

She was born in 1940 in Evanston, IL and after graduation married Anthony Nash. Judith's job was being a military wife, following Anthony to where ever the Air Force took him. They settled in Albuquerque after his retirement from Kirtland. She was very involved with the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta and became the crew chief for the Comet Cleaners Hot Air Balloon. Judith loved to bake, walk the mall with Anthony, and go to lunch with her friends. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at Atria Vista del Rio, 1620 Indian School Rd. NE on Friday, February 16, 2018 from noon till 2:00 p.m. Please be prepared to share your favorite memories with the family. Private Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery where she will join her beloved husband of 43 years, Anthony. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Judith's name to Animal Humane NM, 615 Virginia St. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
