Juanita “Tati” Sierra passed away Friday, October 22, 2021. She was born Wednesday, October 23, 1968 in Philadelphia, PA. She was preceded in death by her father, Alberto Sierra Toro.
She is survived by her mother, Esther Mendez Quiñones, Albuquerque, NM; brother, Carmelo Sierra and wife, Caroline G. Castillo, Albuquerque, NM; sister, Esther Colon, Huntingdon Valley, PA; three nieces; two nephews; many great-nieces and nephews; ARCA sisters, Annie, Donna, Erin, Fabi, Kiley, Laura, Nancy, Paula, and Ruthie; and ARCA Trumbull staff.
She loved her family and her new ARCA family. ARCA gave Tati the opportunity to become the person she always wanted to be. Her eye for fashion excelled. She enjoyed beauty days, going shopping, and having independence. Tati worked at the Greenhouse, enjoyed the social interaction of this new family, and received great joy in getting her paychecks! She had a great sense of humor, was always happy, laughed, and was always honest. She loved music, dancing, and magazines (so she could tear the pages out). Tati will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
