Juanita Marie Kilijanski

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juanita Marie (Martinez) Kilijanski, aged 68, a beloved wife, sister, and aunt. Juanita passed away peacefully at home on December 13, 2024, surrounded by family.

Juanita was the devoted wife of Mark Kilijanski, with whom she shared 29 wonderful years of marriage. A devout Catholic, Juanita's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She dedicated most of her career to the banking industry, taking great pride in helping families finance their dream homes.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, David and Margaret Martinez, and her sister, Elizabeth. She is survived by her devoted husband, Mark Kilijanski, and her loving sisters: Cynthia Kozlowski (children Katherine, Stephen, and Valerie), Irene Montoya (husband Don and children Stephen and Andres), and Juliana Martinez (children DJ, Daniel, and Aliesia). Known for her generosity and kindnessm Juanita had a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews for whom she held a deep affection and pride. She cherished their unique qualities and always enjoyed spending time with them often reminding them of the importance of family and love.

In honor of her parents' love for the holiday season, she took on the role of hostess, ensuring that the Christmas holiday dinner remained a cherished family tradition. Through her efforts, she helped keep the family together during the holidays, bringing friends and loved ones from near and far. Her absence will be profoundly felt this Christmas, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A Visitation will occur on January 6, 2025 at 6pm at FRENCH-Lomas. Viewing will occur at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church on January 7, 2025 at 9:45am. Rosary will be held at 10:30am followed by Mass. Reception at Trombinos will be held following the Mass. Interment will occur at Santa Fe National Cemetery on January 9, 2025 at 1pm.
