Josie O. Martinez

Josie, age 89, born March 19, 1926 died April 5, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Clayton, NM to Fred A. and Luisa P. Sanchez who preceded her in death. Josie was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph and son, Fred; siblings, Victoria Martinez, Fred A. Jr., Luis O., Archie, Conard A., Manual A., Margaret, and Donald Sanchez. She is survived by son, Jake; granddaughters, Tammy and Gabby and her husband, Kevin Patterson and great granddaughter, Hadley; siblings, Louis A. Sanchez, D. Eva Chavez, Terri and husband, Eloy Candelaria, Art Sanchez, Danny Sanchez; plus several nieces and nephews. Friends may visit Friday, April 10, 2015, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be Saturday, April 11, 2015, 9:00 a.m. at The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Road NE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Candelaria, Art Sanchez, D.J. Sanchez, Brent Wylie, Roald Lutz and Kevin Patterson.
