Joshua Joseph Sena, 23, passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 15, 2022.
Josh was born on September 26, 1998, to Joseph Sena and Amber Bigalbal. He is preceded in death by his great grandfather, and Godfather, Herman Griego; great-grandparents, Albino and Elsie Varela; Gilbert and Frances Martinez; Baudillio and MaryAnne Sena and his aunt, Debbie Martinez. He is survived by his wife, Kelly Sena; father, Joe Sena; mother, Amber Bigalbal (Durwin); grandparents, Tony and Dorothy Armijo; Eddie and Roseanne Sena; Tommy Martinez; Rusty and Rubie Bigalbal; great-grandmother, and Godmother, Ida Griego; siblings, Isabella Sena, Jeremiah, Isaiah and Ambriella Bigalbal; mother-in-law, Delores Rocke; uncles, Tommy Martinez (Cathy); Nick Martinez (Andrea); Anthony Armijo (Louise). Aunts, Angela Sena (Deidre); Diana Sena (Daniel); cousins, Tommy and Troy Martinez; Jazmyn Griego; Ethan, Ashlyn, Jude and Ivan Aragon; Caden Sena-Martinez; Megan, Nicole, Anthony and Kimberly Armijo; Angelina and Michael Martinez; and numerous, too many to mention, extended family members.
Josh had a passion for hunting, fishing, horses, and off-roading. Josh was a sweet soul with a huge heart who loved his family unconditionally. He was always willing to help anyone if they needed it and expect nothing in return, he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
The Rosary followed by Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 22, 2022, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Santa Maria De La Paz Catholic Church, 11 College Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87508. Burial will follow at Rosario Cemetery in Santa Fe.
Pallbearers will be Troy Martinez, Tommy Martinez, Anthony Armijo Sr., Anthony Armijo Jr, Fabian Lopez, Manny Garcia, Frank Duran, Nicole Armijo, and Megan Quintana.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jazmyn Griego, Ethan, Ashlyn, Jude and Ivan Aragon, Caden Sena-Martinez, Kimberly Armijo, and Angelina and Michael Martinez.
