Joseph "Joe" Paul Olguin

Joseph "Joe" Paul Olguin, age 56, went home to be with our Lord on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. Joe was the life of the party, as well as the strongest and most loving person that we were all blessed to know. Joe was preceded in death by his loving parents, Ruby Olguin and James Olguin. He is survived by his children, Nicole, Natasha and her significant other, Andrew Olander; siblings, Anthony Rivera and wife, Tammy, Richard Olguin, Patrick Olguin and wife, Maryann, Helen "Sissy" Smith and husband, Paul, David Olguin, John Olguin, Elizabeth Olguin, Anna Fajardo and husband, Richard, Susan Burd and husband, Richard; and Mary Lorang; nephews and nieces, Dustin Smith, Alicia Fajardo, Solomon Lorang, Michael Rivera, Joshua Greene-Olguin, Anthony and Alexander Burd; his friend and former wife, Nancy Olguin; aunt, Gail Tanuz, his cigar shop buddies, along with numerous special friends and loving extended relatives. Our family would like to express our deepest appreciation for those who provided gentle and kind care throughout the years; with a special thank you to Cardiologist, Jennifer Davenport, Social Worker, Paige Diamond, Hospice Nurse, Brittany Willis, and Hospice Nurse, Sarah Pollam. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, 9:30 a.m. with a Funeral to follow at 10:30 a.m. at FRENCH -Westside. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m., at Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church Cemetery at Camino Lomita St. Pecos, NM.
